1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding, accessing, or using Quasr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
2. About Quasr
Quasr is an AI assistant developed by Quasr.AI for Discord communities. Quasr is free to use. Core features may include mention-based AI chat, coding assistance, intelligent semantic retrieval, image generation, and other capabilities that may change over time.
Quasr also offers Ask-Pro, an advanced feature powered by the Quasr 2 model for more complex questions, deeper reasoning, coding assistance, and research. Ask-Pro is currently available only in the official Quasr Discord server, and free users receive a limited number of Ask-Pro chats each day. Standard AI chat, mention-based AI, and other core commands work in any server Quasr is added to.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be permitted to use Discord and its services under Discord's applicable rules and age requirements. Your use of Quasr is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and for using Quasr in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quasr to:
- break applicable laws or regulations;
- abuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to compromise the service;
- circumvent usage limits, access controls, daily quotas, or other service restrictions, including those applicable to Ask-Pro;
- spam, harass, impersonate, or intentionally deceive other users;
- use the service to facilitate harmful or prohibited activity.
5. AI-Generated Content
Quasr generates responses using AI systems, including standard AI features and the Quasr 2 model used by Ask-Pro. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use generated content.
Quasr.AI does not guarantee that every response will be correct or appropriate for every situation.
6. Ask-Pro and the Quasr 2 Model
Ask-Pro is the feature that lets you use the Quasr 2 model — Quasr's own AI model, run on Quasr's own AI infrastructure and separate from the third-party AurInfer infrastructure described in Section 9. Access to Ask-Pro may require that you use the official Quasr Discord server and may be subject to eligibility checks, daily or rolling usage quotas, and other service-side limits.
Quasr.AI may change Ask-Pro's availability, features, daily quota, hosting location, or the underlying Quasr 2 model at any time, including restricting Ask-Pro to the official Quasr Discord server or discontinuing it, without that change affecting your obligations under these Terms.
7. Availability and Changes
Features, limits, models, integrations, and availability may change as Quasr.AI is developed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including Ask-Pro and the Quasr 2 model, when necessary.
8. Service Restrictions
Access may be limited or removed if an account, server, or use of Quasr violates these Terms, Discord's rules, or creates a significant risk to the service or its users.
9. Third-Party Services
Quasr.AI operates within Discord and may rely on third-party infrastructure or services. Their own terms and policies may apply independently.
For AI features that use AurInfer — such as standard AI chat, coding assistance, intelligent retrieval, and image generation — the applicable AurInfer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Guidelines also govern the relevant use of AurInfer's services. Ask-Pro, described in Section 6, runs on the Quasr 2 model via Quasr's own infrastructure and is not an AurInfer-powered feature. Quasr.AI is an independent project and does not claim ownership of AurInfer's infrastructure, models, or services. Quasr.AI does not override, replace, or modify AurInfer's own policies.
Users must not use Quasr in a way that causes the underlying AurInfer service to be abused, bypassed, resold, or used for prohibited activity. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines continue to apply to use of Quasr within Discord.
10. AurInfer-Processed Requests
When a Quasr feature is powered through AurInfer, the request may be transmitted to AurInfer for processing and returned to Quasr for delivery to the user. The exact processing and retention of information handled by AurInfer are governed by AurInfer's current policies. Quasr.AI cannot independently control or guarantee third-party processing beyond the commitments stated in this document.
11. Disclaimer
Quasr is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quasr.AI makes no guarantee that the service, including Ask-Pro, will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quasr.AI and its operators are not responsible for losses or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output, service interruptions, third-party services, or misuse of the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Quasr.AI evolves. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of Quasr after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
