2. About Quasr
Quasr is an AI assistant developed by Quasr.AI for Discord communities. Features may include AI conversations, coding assistance, intelligent retrieval, image generation, and other capabilities that may change over time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be permitted to use Discord and its services under Discord's applicable rules and age requirements. Your use of Quasr is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and for using Quasr in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quasr to:
- break applicable laws or regulations;
- abuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to compromise the service;
- circumvent usage limits, access controls, or other service restrictions;
- spam, harass, impersonate, or intentionally deceive other users;
- use the service to facilitate harmful or prohibited activity.
5. AI-Generated Content
Quasr generates responses using AI systems. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use generated content.
Quasr.AI does not guarantee that every response will be correct or appropriate for every situation.

For AI features that use AurInfer, the applicable AurInfer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Guidelines also govern the relevant use of AurInfer's services. Quasr.AI is an independent project and does not claim ownership of AurInfer's infrastructure, models, or services. Quasr.AI does not override, replace, or modify AurInfer's own policies.
Users must not use Quasr in a way that causes the underlying AurInfer service to be abused, bypassed, resold, or used for prohibited activity. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines continue to apply to use of Quasr within Discord.
9. AurInfer-Processed Requests
When a Quasr feature is powered through AurInfer, the request may be transmitted to AurInfer for processing and returned to Quasr for delivery to the user. The exact processing and retention of information handled by AurInfer are governed by AurInfer's current policies. Quasr.AI cannot independently control or guarantee third-party processing beyond the commitments stated in this document.
10. Disclaimer
Quasr is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quasr.AI makes no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quasr.AI and its operators are not responsible for losses or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output, service interruptions, third-party services, or misuse of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Quasr.AI evolves. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of Quasr after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
